I went to this place because my sister had recommended me their food for months, and I finally tried it today.
She was right, the food was great. Their menu was huge variety of incredible healthy options.
I had plantain arepa with cheese and shredded chicken. The taste was fantastic and not heavy at all.
The pancakes that my sister had were sooooo good.
Next time I go I want definitely try the other pancakes they have on their menu because I loved their texture and taste. -

I am giving this place a 3 stars based on my 2 previous experiences with delivery, maybe you guys have better luck if you eat in but definitely it a place for delivery.
This is the second time I order food from there and arrives late, but not 15 minutes late that gets you upset but it's ok, more like 1 hour late and recently they just achieved a new record: 2 hours late.
We were beyond famishing and pissed off since every time we called asking about our order they said it was arriving.
Ay that point is better to just tell the client the truth about what happened with the order this way we know that it will take longer than usual and we can decide wether we want to wait or not.
Obviously all the food was cold and we had to reheat everything, the brad on the paninis was too moist because it was in contact with the sauce for too long so I'm not even going to talk about the food.
My advise if you want to eat from this place just eat in. -

Today was the first time eating here and surely the last. The food was terrible.
We got the crusted salmon lunch special with rice and mashed plantains and a napole pasta. The salmon was very dry and tasteless with some (burnt) roasted almonds on top, the mashed plantain was very dry. The napole pasta did not taste like anything and they served the hot pasta in the same bowl as the spring salad, having it mix together, which made the greens soggy and warm.
When taking our drinks, we were asked if we wanted regular water or detox water, and after ordering the detox water, we find out that this mint, basil and lemon infused water was $6, a crazy price for what you get in my opinion.
The staff was not very professional. The server who was bringing our food, sat down at one of the customer tables and was eating food with her hands and went right back to serving our food. -

While I was at working I started googling (should have been yelping - sorry) and found this healthy-ish place!
I'm a fan of flatbread and decided to try the prosciutto & mozzarella. I recommend eating with someone else because they're pretty big! I know some people aren't a fan of prosciutto just because it's too salty, but the combination with balsamic vinegar and arugula really made the difference.
Been dying to go back and try something else!
10/10

Wanting a quick, healthy lunch Yelp pointed me in the direction of this restaurant in Doral which name means Healthy food.
Arriving just before the lunch rush (11:15am) i was able to order a recommended Reina pepiada. This is a spinach wrap with ground chicken mixed with avocado and greek yogurt. First bite and felt amazingly fresh but a tad too much of the yogurt. Good portion and reasonably priced at $9.50.
Will definitely try this again and update my review.
